We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find all the details on how to return items, what we offer in terms of refunds, and our process for making it easy.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Not be part of our final sale items (these will be clearly marked on product pages).

Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please Note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy! Simply follow these steps:

Contact Our Customer Service Team
Send us an email at {email address} or fill out the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item. -
Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. -
Ship Your Item Back
After you’ve received your RA number, securely package your item (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item gets safely back to us. -
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note: It may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before they are shipped, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Here’s what you need to do:

Provide a description and photos of the damage or defect (if applicable).

We will offer you a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, as long as the item is in unused condition and returned within 30 days. Please follow the same return process outlined above, and once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out your exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:

Personalized or custom-made items

Gift cards

Intimate apparel and swimwear (unless unworn with tags still attached)
Refunds
Once your return is processed and accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly noted on the product page, and no returns or refunds will be accepted for them.
