We want you to get your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Address Issues & Delivery Failures

If you’ve missed a delivery, don’t worry! Carriers usually leave a notice, and you can arrange a pickup or re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order is damaged or goes missing in transit, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the issue as quickly as possible, and make things right. Please have your order number and photos (if possible) ready.
